Theory of a Deadman - Hate My Life Music Video (Explicit)
(July 26, 2016)
This a fan-made video to Theory of a Deadman's "Hate My Life".
**DISCLAIMER: I am a Christian. I am not a smoker. I am not an alcoholic, and I rarely drink beer or alcohol. I am a method actor and I work on inspiration. All of my videos thus far are good-humored and fun. This is my first and probably only music video with any explicit language. This video was made after a crushing event in my life and during a very rough time for me. I took all of that negative energy and channeled it into something productive and fun, and this video was born. I regret nothing. Enjoy.**
I've had the idea for this video for about seven years now, since high school, and I would like to thank the female species for giving me the right inspiration to finally make this dream come true.
This is the 4th music video by Nick Jones. This video was a solo project, and not officially a production of the Wanna-Peas.

Theory of a Deadman - End of the Summer Music Video
(July 26, 2017)
Welcome to my fifth music video; "End of the Summer", as made famous by the amazing Theory of a Deadman. Introducing my little brother from another mother, Ben Stacey, in his breakout role as, of course, "Little Brother."
I made a music video last summer to Theory of a Deadman's "Hate My Life", but I did not post it on Facebook, because it is not PG, but I will probably post it soon, because I don't care who I offend by it anymore.
The inspiration for this video came to me when I was spent March-April working for family friends of mine on their property, where most of the video is set, doing exactly what I was doing in the video. In this song, and this video, "summer" is an allegory. I came back home from Colorado in December because I wanted to be with family and friends and my home church. I wanted to get into teaching. Even since I came home, the wheels gradually came off every reason for which I wanted to come home. It is nearly the end of the summer, and it is the end of many eras, and unfortunately, relationships, in my life. I am moving backwards in life being back at home. This video represents the isolation and struggle I faced for months until recently, and now I am endeavoring to move to Dallas and start over. This video represents all of this. End of the Summer. Beginning of a new season.
"For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to seek, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; a time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace." - Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
This is the 5th music video by Nick Jones. This video was a solo project, and not officially a Wanna-Peas production.

Indian War Whoop Music Video - O, Brother Where Art Thou OST
(September 26, 2021)
My people. Four years and 2 months after End of the Summer, I finally have a new music video in the works thanks to the help of Jason Koert and Russell McLennan. I will be breaking my 5-time streak (would be 6) of uploading every video on July 26th (which was pure coincidence on the second video, I'm a Believer). It is from the "O, Brother, Where Art Thou" OST, track 17, "Indian War Whoop".
This video has been in my head for four years and stalled all because I needed a steadycam or a drone for some moving shots. Four years later, it's finally happened thanks to my friend Jason and his drone and his willingness to be my second camera operator.
The ambiguous and unexplained timeline and story to this video is that I am a veteran home from deployment wanting nothing but to get back home to my kids. The plot holes are like an Easter egg hunt. Speaking of Easter eggs, fans of the Red Dead franchise should recognize the map I'm using.
I credit the hard work and willpower to make this to my Father, Bo Jones, whose dog tags I've worn every day for over 11 years since losing Him and actual Army jacket and duffel bag are featured for my wardrobe in the video.
CAST:
Veteran - Nick Jones
Gypsy - Russell McLennan
Dog - Minnie McLennan
7.26.10 - Boom Boom Pow / Black Eyed Peas
7.26.11 - I'm a Believer / Smashmouth
7.26.14 - Breakdown / Relient K
7.26.16 - Hate My Life / Theory of a Deadman
7.26.17 - End of the Summer / Theory of a Deadman
9.26.21 - Indian War Whoop / John Hartford
